After you have signed up and paid there will be a "Choose painting" button on the thank-you page. Click the button and you will be taken to a product selection application where you will be able to choose any product you like. Alternatively, you can sign in, click the "Choose next painting" button at the top of the page.
We ask our members to choose the diamond painting types they like (e.g. oceans, animals, fantasy, landscape etc.) Before your delivery, we’ll give you the option to keep your diamond painting a surprise, to select one from the new designs that are available or to pick a diamond painting from our available catalogue of designs.
If you choose to keep your diamond painting a surprise, then the category is a preference. We will do our best to send you a brand new design in this category however it’s subject to availability and not always guaranteed.
We would encourage you to give the diamond painting a go, part of the fun is discovering a new category or diamond painting design that you might love. If, however, it’s really not your cup of tea, you can send it back and switch it over for another membership diamond painting, free of charge. If you’d like to do this, please get in touch with our team at support@paintplot.com.au.
Since Paint Plot Diamonds Memberships provide diamond painting kits at a discounted rate (with added benefits), regular Paint Plot Diamonds discount codes cannot be used for subscription purposes. Gift cards are also not applicable to Paint Plot Diamonds memberships. Only specific membership codes and offers can be used for this product. Lifesaving to have diamonds already portioned into bags and easily numbered - I could start my artwork alot quicker. That was good as I was eager to start. I'm also disabled with a rare nerve disease that gives me reduced strength in my muscles and numbness and cramps in my fingers so to have the diamonds sorted was really lifesaving. One thing that would really help is to have another key of colours and their numbers as you have to keep looking at the canvas for the only key of colours and it's not always in a convenient location as you turn the canvas around to place the area your working on in a good place. I haven't finished my piece yet, but it looks stunning and beautiful. It's not easing placing the square diamonds in , but it's worth it!!

I’ve had two orders through the subscription. Although I’m still finishing my first, I gave one to my mum as a present. They are high quality diamond paintings and beautiful pictures. There’s a great choice of images and the customer service and delivery is amazing. They have definitely gained a long term customer out of me.
